Getting started
- Meet to discuss type of business and accounting system. I only use Quickbooks OnLine.
- Access and Review books and identify issues.
- Start or take over QuickBooks Online file and connect bank accounts.
- Restructure, Organize & input existing transactions and accounts to current date.
- Cleanup Books if necessary.
On-going support
- Download & categorize monthly transactions into QuickBooks OnLine
- Categorize expenses and Income.
- Reconcile accounts monthly.
- Monthly correspondence regarding financial status
- Serve as liaison between client & accountant throughout year
- Prepare and email monthly Financial Statements to clients; (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, etc..)
- Year-end reporting.
- Add On Service: Pay bills (Accounts Payable)
- Add On Service: Invoice Vendors (Accounts Receivable)
- Add On Service: Processing Payroll (I offer payroll services to clients who use either ADP, Gusto, Paycom, or Paylocity software. I do not perform manual payrolls).

Pricing
Potential clients are entitled to a FREE half-hour consultation. Let’s meet and see if we’d be a good fit. All meetings are done online via Zoom.
- Getting started, My hourly rate is $50 per hour.
- After the first couple months of working together—once things are set up and cleaned up—we will agree on a fixed monthly rate so you know how much you’ll pay each month.
- My ongoing support rates start at $500/month.
