Hey I'm Vicki, your favorite Bookkeeper.
I'm the owner of Creator Ledgers Company LLC, and I help business owners get organized. As a bookkeeper I'm reliable, personable and consistently produce quality results.
I have a Masters degree in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University and I work full time as a bookkeeper for an education company in Texas. However I wanted the flexibility of owning my own business and I love helping business owners take control of their finances. When your numbers are organized, you get clarity to make more strategic business decisions.
My additional qualifications are: I am NACPB certified payroll specialist, certified bookkeeper and certified in Quickbooks Online as well as being a Quickbooks Online Pro-Advisor.
As a full charge bookkeeper I manage all of a business's accounting functions, from daily transactions (AP/AR, payroll, bank recs) to preparing financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet), acting as the financial backbone for the company and handling everything up to the point a CPA takes over for taxes. I am not a tax preparer, but I can work with your tax accountant or CPA. I am responsible for the entire accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing crucial financial data for decision-making.
